El Sanctuary - Crystal Essences
Crystal essences contain the memory of the vibrational frequency of crystals held in charged water mixed with brandy.
Which Crystal Essence?
The labels on the bottles give you a brief description of the use of each
essence. however, the best way to choose a crystal essence is by using
your intuition, which one feels right for you.
How To Use
3-4 drops of the essence can be dropped directly on to the tongue three
times a day. Alternatively the drops can be taken in a glass of water
and sipped slowly. Drops can also be placed in a bath.

- For breaking up blockages in the etheric body.

- Helps to bring about peace of mind and aids communication.
Protection - Shattuckite

Psychic Vision - Herkimer Diamond

Recovery Remedy - Carnelian, Malachite, Moonstone, Rose
